Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders to the United States and Canada arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada.

Duties and taxes (Canada)

Canadian customers see prices in Canadian dollars (CAD), and those prices already include duties and import taxes. You will not pay anything extra when your order is delivered. If a carrier ever asks you to pay duties, taxes or a customs fee on a Curva Bella order, contact us with the receipt and we will reimburse you.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each one.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to show movement after your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.
